I found out this afternoon that there is going to be a brand new cannabis dispensary taking over the business at the end of the shopping center where I work.
I work at the shopping center in the laundromat. I work at the laundromat 6 days a week folding clothes and making sure that all of our customers have everything that they need to wash, dry, and fold their laundry. I have to clean up throughout the day to make sure there isn’t dirt or lint all over the place. It’s important that we have a clean and sanitized area for all of our patrons. During the day when I have a lunch break, I often go out to my car to use recreational cannabis supplies. Recreational cannabis makes me feel more relaxed than anything else that I have ever used in my life. It’s exciting to think that there will be a marijuana dispensary right down the street from me and I will be able to access top shelf marijuana supplies at any time day or night by simply walking to the other end of the shopping center. I have talked to a couple of people that have been living here since the ’90s and they aren’t very happy that there is going to be a recreational cannabis dispensary in this part of town. They didn’t ever want marijuana to be legalized, though. I think it’s going to be great for the city and the taxpayers. More money coming into this small community means there will be more money for the things that we need and want.
