My brother Max had been talking about opening a cannabis dispensary ever since he learned they may legalize medical marijuana soon.
Max told me I could be his first customer, as well as my first order would be on him.

Max had gone from wanting a medical cannabis dispensary to running a medical cannabis dispensary that also included recreational cannabis. Now Max is considering his own marijuana cafe which may or may not be included in the laws governing use of recreational marijuana.
