Instead of worrying about people, the supervisor can be productive instead of being little more than a human tablet, and human errors are basically non-existent, giving the supervisor time to get to know his buyers, without whom none of them would have a job, and most supervisors swear by the dispensary timekeeping software plus feel their job is easier, plus would not want to do without it.
