I don't guess what happened to the order

The guy claimed to have localed the order online around the time that the locale was shut off.

There are problems with the website online from time to time. There have been nights when it has been shut down and it causes quite an inconvenience for the cannabis shop, about 30% of our cannabis orders are made online through the website. Another 10% of clients contact the cannabis dispensary directly, but when there are problems with the website, we try to contact all of the clients that have localed an order so we can be particular that things are correct. Only a couple of nights ago, the website was down in the afternoon. I found out about the problem when one of our clients called to locale an order because she was unable to online. I instantly told the cannabis shop manager about the problem and she promised to get to the bottom of things. A short while later, a client came to the store to pick up an order; Unblessedly, I did not have a pickup order for the customer. The guy claimed to have localed the order online around the time that the locale was shut off. I didn’t guess if the guy was telling the truth or not, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let the men skip the line and I filled the order with the items that he tried to order earlier that afternoon. Everything was in stock. The guy seemed thrilled that he did not have to wait in line and I recognize he was entirely being honest about the order he localed online earlier that day.
