There are problems with the website online from time to time. There have been afternoons when it has been shut down and it causes quite an inconvenience for the cannabis shop; About 30% of our cannabis orders are made online through the website. Another 10% of customers contact the cannabis dispensary directly, but when there are problems with the website, all of us try to contact all of the customers that have sited an order so all of us can be certain that things are correct. Some of afternoons ago, the website was down in the morning. I found out about the problem when a single of our customers called to locale an order because he was unable to online. I instantly told the cannabis shop supervisor about the problem and he promised to get to the bottom of things. A short while later, a client came to the store to option up an order, however unfortunately, I did not have a pickup order for the customer. The guy claimed to have sited the order online around the time that the locale was shut off. I did not guess if the guy was telling the truth or not, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let the guys skip the line and I filled the order with the items that he tried to order earlier that morning. Everything was in stock. The guy seemed glad that he did not have to wait in line and I guess he was actually being honest about the order he sited online earlier that day.
