The weed butter turned into a gross green color

Edibles in the dispensary cost an extravagant amount, but they taste absolutely good… Still, I cannot spend fifty bucks a month to eat cookies laced with marijuana, my wife Jen as well as I tried to make oil that is infused with cannabis.

The local dispensary sells a particular cannabutter machine which can help with the process, but it is more than $200 as well as way out of our price range.

Jen read a lot of recipes online as well as she was certain that she would be able to turn that marijuana bud into a viable substance. She started out by grinding up all of the marijuana into a wonderful dust. Jen sited all of the marijuana into a cheesecloth as well as tied the top of the bag, after that, Jen put the basket into an immense baking dish filled with olive oil. The marijuana as well as olive oil baked together for about 2 hours at a low temperature. When the process was done, the olive oil was a light green color that looked terribly gross. It reminded myself and Jen of something that would come out of a baby. I really did not like the same way that the cannabis infused oil looked. The stink was actually potent. The oil stunk exactly like cannabis. I could not complain about that for sure. The taste was not exactly wonderful either. Instead of tasting like delicious marijuana, the olive oil tasted like a burnt plant. I believe Jen should have cooked the marijuana at a lower temperature in the oven, but there are truly 10 or 15 small mistakes that Jen could have made to change the outcome of the process.
