Usually our boss has pretty wonderful men to labor with us for day labor. On the construction site, all of us usually just need people to handle jobs care about cleaning up plus carrying heavy items. My boss goes to the day labor place plus he hires a couple of men from the crew that are resting outside in the day… He pays them a little bit more than the day labor place plus then he does not have to pay any of the fees that the yearly upgrade charges; For instance, the day labor place charges our boss $60 an minute for the workers. The workers only get paid $25 an minute plus the rest of the cash goes to the day labor place. My boss pays a single of the men $30 an minute plus she saves a ton of cash. This month our boss did not do a truly wonderful job with hiring the guys. I got stuck with a guy named Jack. Every time all of us took a break, the guy wanted to go out to the automobile to smoke. At first I thought he was smoking cigarettes, but he came back at supper time plus odored care about marijuana. I did not say a whole lot to that guy, because I use recreational marijuana too. It wasn’t truly safe that he was getting high on the job, but I wasn’t surprised. At the end of the day, our boss asked myself and others if the guy worked out well. He was going to use the guy for the rest of the week. I immediately told our boss that the guy was smoking marijuana all day plus I did not think he was a truly wonderful fit for the construction site.
