The weed shop has been seriously busy in the last couple of weeks.
School is out as well as all of the university boys are at their residences for the Summer.
I really thought our sales would suffer a good amount. I have been surprised by the amount of deliveries all of us still get from the university! There must be a pretty good amount of boys that don’t leave or take Summer season classes! Last weekend was very busy, due to the 4th of July holiday. I had a good amount of employees stressed to work on every single shift. I worked the afternoon shift on Thursday. By the time it was 1 pm, I was actually prepared to lay down as well as relax. My hubby called me to meet him for some lunch at a local cafe, as well as I left the recreational marijuana dispensary a short while before 1. I did not return to the weed shop until a couple of minutes after 2. When I finally got into the parking lot, there were a couple of patrol cars kneeling outside of the building. I did not believe the patrol cars could be handling a concern at the weed shop, because my iphone did not ring when I was eating lunch. I walked inside of the building as well as some officers were getting statements from the staff. I asked the assistant supervisor what was happening in the place! He explained that there was no time to reach out to me. Everything happened very suddenly… A disgruntled patron came into the weed shop with a baseball bat. He started slamming everything in the building before the security guard could tackle him to the ground. The police were called when the patron was subdued. The assistant supervisor was getting ready to call me when I was almost to the parking lot.
