I kicking my insomnia with cannabis before bed

Going back to my childhood, I have consistently had trouble sleeping, but it’s hard for myself and others to fall asleep, and then it is equally hard for myself and others to stay asleep for more than a couple of minutes at a time.

Sleepwalking and talking in my sleep were both issues I outgrew, however there is consistently a chance I still do it and there is just no one around to witness it.

I tried several sleep aids and pills over the years, with middling results. I have no method for why it took myself and others so long to try using cannabis to help myself and others sleep, however that was the thing that did the trick for me. I never experimented with marijuana when I was in high school or university, although I guess if I did I would have solved my issue a long time ago! Like a dummy I purchased into the lie that cannabis was a harmful drug, and would lead myself and others down the road to ruin. It turns out that cannabis is just an absolutely helpful plant, useful in so many ways, that was demonized because the tobacco industry didn’t want the competition; can you imagine what this country would be like if the cannabis industry replaced the tobacco industry? It makes myself and others smile to wonder about it! Although I am now a believer in the benefits of medicinal marijuana, I still don’t smoke it all the time, my mornings remain the same, however at night, when I am getting ready for bed, I will smoke a few bowls of tasty cannabis as a wonderful nightcap.
