I have suffered from Crohn’s disease for the past 8 years. I had surgery a couple of years ago and I haven’t had any flare-ups until just recently. I like going to the beach when the weather is nice.

Lately it seems like the weather has been absolutely miserable.

My friends and I have been stuck inside of our apartment. I only leave to go to work and even then I wish I could stay home. I have dealt with rain for the past 3 weeks. There has been an unreasonably wet winter this year and a lot of flooding has occurred. When there was finally a nice day, my friends and I decided to drive out to the beach. I was supposed to bring a bag of marijuana so we could roll joints on the way to the beach. I was in a hurry when we were getting ready. I was excited that we were going to have a nice day that would be filled with sunshine and warm water. I completely forgot to grab the bag of marijuana. When my friends and I realized that we didn’t have any weed, we started to look for a dispensary close to the beach. I tried to use Google on my phone, but I have a cheap service provider. I didn’t have any service at all for most of the drive. One of my other friends has Verizon and great service everywhere. He looked up the address of a mare wanted dispensary that was 6 miles off of the interstate. It was a 30 minute detour all together, but at least we didn’t have to spend the entire day without any recreational marijuana products. We spent all afternoon at the beach and I even got a little sun.

Wednesdays aren’t usually a very busy day. Sometimes I even get to go home early. Most days I never get out of there until after 6:00 p.m., but on Wednesdays I usually get to leave around 4:00. Wednesday was a scorcher and the temperature was 95°. We had a lot of deliveries to the hotels and motels near the beach. Unfortunately, a lot of the deliveries were young people and I didn’t get very good tips. Even though I had 14 marijuana deliveries that day, I barely made $100 in tips.

The back room of the marijuana dispensary is the place where we fill all of the delivery orders. All of the products that are located in the front of the store are also located in the back room. They are set up in an easy to find tracking system so we can easily fill each one of the delivery orders before heading out to the address. When an order is placed, a ticket is printed on a machine in the back. As soon as the ticket is printed, someone has to fill the order. Once the order is filled, it sits on a shelf. The shelf is across the room from the employees bathroom and break room. Last weekend, the toilet overflowed in the employees break area. The entire bathroom and back room area was flooded with water. There was at least two or three inches of water on the floor until the plumbing company came to the marijuana dispensary to fix the problem. During that time, the delivery drivers had to rely on filling orders from the stock that was in the front of the building. I only made $100 in delivery tips that night, because I had to spend so much time waiting around. At the end of the evening, we had to stop delivery services an hour early too. Saturday didn’t turn out to be a very good day at all.

The marijuana dispensary did not offer delivery services at all, but I found out recently that they are going to start to deliver at the end of the month. Most of the time my friends and I drive to the marijuana dispensary that is closest, but sometimes we will go to the one that is by the beach. My friends and I like to go to the beach, especially when the weather is sunny and nice. We went to the beach for a couple of hours last week and we didn’t finish up in time to go to the dispensary by the beach. It closes earlier than the one that is closer. When we got to the beach dispensary we were a little disappointed. We knew that we would be able to go to another place that is closer to our house. The place stays open until 11:00 at night. There was still quite a crowd of people gathered outside of the building when my friends and I pulled into the parking lot. We parked the car and went inside. There were signs on the walls advertising their new delivery services. Delivery services are going to be starting at the end of the month. I’m pretty excited about the fact that they will be offering delivery services. Even if they don’t come all the way to my place, at least I won’t have to drive the whole distance anymore.

When you spend more time in your vehicle throughout the day, you definitely increase your chances of being in the percentage of people that end up in a car accident. I didn’t see the light turn yellow and the car in front of me stopped quickly. I slammed into the back of it. My insurance company is going to raise my rates again after two accidents in one year.
