I feel so fortunate to live in a recreational weed state.

I feel terrible for people who can’t just walk into a cannabis dispensary near them and option out their products, however cannabis is no longer a celebration drug in my opinion.

There are too many things medically it can treat. Cannabis should be treated like cough syrup or tylenol in my opinion. I take cannabis for medical reasons however I am fortunate that I don’t actually need to get a medical weed card. I could get a harder dose and be allowed more if I went through the process, but it seems not worth it. The cost and the time I begrudge mostly. I take cannabis for stress and anxiety. I have a absolutely intense job that has me on edge quite a bit. When I smoke a little weed, I feel a lot better. I make sure to get a high CBD and low THC strain for it. I don’t want to be all bizarre during the work day. I choose to vape cannabis oil over smoke a flower too. That means I can wear the vape around my neck and take a puff when I need it. I work from apartment so nobody is there to judge me for the smoke. What is wonderful though is that the vapor doesn’t have an odor. I don’t have odory hair or clothing, then so when the work day is over and I go into town, nobody knows I was smoking weed all day. It provides the right kind of relief I need and I can get it anytime I am in town.

I saute my veggies in the cannabis cooking oil and the cannabutter is used to make the alfredo sauce. It is a tasty meal that leaves me feeling peaceful, calm and slightly tired. It is self-explanatory to use and gives off great effects. Why would I ever want to smoke something? Then I need to deal with all the accessories and clean up with it as well. It is so much easier to just chew and swallow.

You could still get a felony charge for simple possession in numerous areas, it was certainly spine-chilling when I was in school because I was anxious about losing my place in school and all of my scholarships at the risk of smoking weed and getting busted by the police, however thankfully the campus police and my school were certainly open-minded about cannabis use and pretty much left students alone. It’s nice that I never had to worry about getting in trouble for cannabis while I was at school. But all of us wished my pal and I lived in a state where cannabis was legal for medical use. Because back then there was no recreational Cannabis legal in the United states. There were only States that had medical marijuana! Now they have legal cannabis and finally. There’s a local software developer who creates the payroll software for most of the cannabis dispensaries in the state, but while they all have weird ordering software and websites designed from weird companies, they all pretty much use the same payroll software developed by the same local software developer. I know it’s interesting that all the same cannabis dispensaries utilize almost the exact same kind of payroll software for their employees. I don’t even know what kind of payroll software that my supervisor uses. I get my paychecks digitally sent to my bank account through direct deposit. I don’t even see a physical check so I don’t know where it comes from in the digital realm.

Dispensary timekeeping software worked well as long as the employees used it properly. I thought all I had to do was look at the software and know who worked when and for how long. I didn’t realize I had to watch the employees, but they knew it. It was easy for the employees to cheat the software if it wasn’t used properly. Too many people would ‘forget’ to sign in, or ‘forget’ to sign out. Usually the manager putting in their times, meant they were late coming to work, or they were leaving early. I think that all business software has their human glitches, but the dispensary timekeeping software works well for the manager when they are diligent. It will keep track of all the hours worked, breaks taken, and let you check the information whenever necessary. Once you get used to the dispensary timekeeping software, the manager’s job becomes easier. The manager no longer needs to physically sit and check every time card to see who has worked how many hours. The computer will do all the work, leaving the manager time to oversee the dispensary floor and know what is happening. Inventory software will help keep track of the product that is in store. Instead of worrying about people, the manager can be productive instead of being little more than a human computer. Human errors are basically non-existent, giving the manager time to get to know his customers, without whom none of them would have a job.
