The law states that any individual can grow up to 8 marijuana plants at a time. There are several states that allow patients to grow their own weed. Most of them also allow recreational marijuana use. For the past six years, I have been working in a non-profit company that helps medical patients acquire cheaper marijuana. We work with farmers that grow medical marijuana. If they have extra medicine at the end of the harvest, they can donate it to the nonprofit company. We distribute the medicine to patients that have a hard time being able to afford marijuana. Since several states allow patients to grow their own weed, we have several companies throughout the country. We have an office on the west coast and a separate office on the East Coast. I was in charge of the East Coast Division for a long time, and then my family and I decided to move to the West Coast. I transferred to the West Coast branch of the medical marijuana non-profit company. The laws on the west coast are a lot different and it is much easier for people to grow marijuana on their own. I find myself dealing with other problems instead, like contracts and permits. It’s not very easy or simple to obtain a license to grow cannabis. The first part of the problem is finding a place that has already approved commercial cannabis growing. Some cities do not allow cannabis activity within the city limits, but the entire County will allow cannabis growing outside of the city. You can easily apply for a license once you find an area that allows cannabis distribution and growing. The city has to issue a permit first and then a permit needs to be issued from the state as well. I work for a company that helps customers apply for the right permits they need. The cannabis consulting company was formed to specifically help farmers with these problems. I was assigned a case last week. The guy wanted the right permits so he could start forming marijuana on his property. Since he was technically within city limits, it was a very difficult case to win. Half of the property was in city limits, but half of the property was considered past the county line. I had to fight in court for the permit, but the judge agreed that the farmer had standing to grow marijuana on the property. The guy was thrilled when we won the case. He presented me with a seedling for my home, but I told the guy that I don’t use recreational or medical marijuana. It was still a nice gesture after we won the case. I like helping people and it is one of the reasons that I love working with the law.

The worst time to be a delivery driver for any profession is during storms.

The reason is due to our unique atmosphere and position close to the beach. Water, moisture, and rain seems to sit in the valley for a while. Last Saturday we had a storm that lasted most of the day and I was stuck delivering cannabis. I’ve been working for a local medical and recreational cannabis shop for a couple of months. My sister is the manager for a different shop on the other side of town. When she found out that this particular branch needed a delivery driver, she told me about the job. I immediately placed an application with the company and I had an interview the next day. I could have chosen to work inside the store, but I wanted to deliver marijuana. It sounded like an easy job. The job was nothing but easy last weekend during the storm. I had a lot of different cannabis deliveries and they went to different places all over town. They certainly didn’t want to go out during the rainstorm, but they still complained that it took a long time for me to arrive. The tips were lower than average that day. It’s funny that some things never change, even though I have been gone for years

After I got a divorce from my husband, I moved back home to live with my mom and dad for a couple of months. I needed to clear my head and get my life together. I thought moving back home sounded like a good idea. I got a job working at the grocery store. I didn’t need a lot of money, but I wanted to get out and meet people. I was working at the grocery store for a couple of months and then I ran into a guy that I knew from high school. He looked almost exactly the same. He had brown eyes, brown hair, and a nice smile. We talked for a couple of minutes, but he was on his way to work. Later that afternoon, I found out where Jack was working. It was actually an accident. My friends & I were stoked to go inside a marijuana store.

For years, every one of us had been walking by the marijuana dispensary on our way to the lake house from university.

Every one of us would giggle about all of the things every one of us would try if every one of us could only go into the marijuana store. None among us had a medicinal marijuana card or a reason to need to get one. As much as every one of us wanted to try out marijuana, one of us would have to go to an illegal street seller, or wait until a morning when they legalized recreational marijuana use. Every one of us were out of university when they finally legalized recreational marijuana use. Every one of us were still friends, but every one of us didn’t see each other actually often. One afternoon, I got a call from Steph asking if I wanted to come to his celebration. Steph was getting married & wanted the entire group to celebration & celebrate. Before any one of us made plans for the wedding, every one of us were all meeting at the marijuana store that every one of us had walked by for all those years. If Every one of us were going to celebration, make plans, then we wanted to legally love marijuana. For the last ten years, I have used medical marijuana to help reduce our RLS.

Restless leg syndrome or RLS had been causing me great anxiety for about fifteen years until medical marijuana was legalized.

All the prescriptions that they had given me have only helped for a very short period of time, but medical marijuana had nearly eliminated the problem. I am back to square 1 again for the THC/CBD products I was using all that time.

I’ve been getting so many headaches lately.

There really isn’t any 1 reason for me to get headaches.

They will just come right out of the red. I can watch television or stand at the table talking to our husband, & a headache will start. My husband Bob keeps telling me I should go to the eye dentist, or to an official doc & see if there isn’t something wrong. I was thinking it could be our neck. About a year earlier, I had neck surgery, & the dentist said some of the pain could return. Much of it had to do with which direction I was turning our head. My thought was that if I could get good pain relievers or a muscle relaxer, I may get rid of the pain without going to a dentist. The next morning, Bob & I headed to the local marijuana store. Now that recreational marijuana was legalized, Bob and I could go into the marijuana store without a medical marijuana card. Bob and I could buy anything every one of us wanted now, but I just wanted something to help with these headaches. The guy in the marijuana store advocated I try some CBD capsules. He said they came in numerous strengths. I bought the CBD capsules & waited until our next headache began. As soon as I felt a twinge of pain, I took many CBD capsules. Most of the medical websites said that if you were looking for gentle pain relief, full CBD & marijuana products that were composed mostly of CBD are the best. Since they had legalized recreational marijuana use, I was pretty sure that I could just go to a marijuana dispensary & purchase high quality CBD. I had done a lot of research on the web & I found a great many types of CBD products I would love to try. I jotted down the name & the prices before going to our local marijuana store. I was surprised to find that not a single CBD product I had found online was available in our local marijuana store. The marijuana store clerk, a budtender, told me they seldom carried the same products as those stores online. According to the budtender the local stores only carried products that were grown in our state, to keep all the updates within the state, & to make sure the product was safe. The prices were comparable when the budtender finally showed me items that were love those I had chosen. When I walked out of this local marijuana store, I had numerous packs of gummies & some CBD cream for our dry itchy skin cream. Now, I hope that the CBD products I bought can do what I hope they will. I want our dry itchy skin to be soothed & guess more hydrated. My toes have been so sore for months, & hopefully the other CBD creams can help them. If CBD doesn’t work, I’ll be cheerful I only paid a little currency for it.

I was in the marijuana dispensary with our husband Max. Max wanted to go in & get some skin cream for his eczema. While every one of us were there, we were looking at some of the CBD products that they had featured on display. I told the budtender that I was interested in purchasing some of their CBD products. The guy didn’t ask me if I had any certain reason for wanting the CBD products before he began telling me about the other products they had. It surprised me at his complete lack of interest. He seemed to be more interested in what another budtender was doing than in what I would love to purchase. I finally inquired if he was getting any kind of compensation for how much product he sold? After a couple of minutes, he must have realized what I was alluding to, & he told me no. That’s when I told him that I really wanted to purchase CBD products, but since he didn’t seem interested in selling any of them to me, I would just leave him alone. I then walked away & went to talk to Max. When I told Max what happened, he turned & looked at that budtender & then back to the one he was talking to. Max told them that if I wasn’t good enough to wait on, then he wasn’t either, & both of us walked out the door. The director, who must have been observing the interaction between us & the budtenders, came from the supply room. Max told him what happened, & he offered us the products every one of us wanted, then called the errant guy back to his office.

To be fair with you, I guess he was wrong. I took many of the CBD gummies out of the packet & gobbled them up. The same budtender was on shift when I bought the CBD. I asked if he remembered me asking if I can get high on CBD? She told me that he didn’t remember if it was me, but someone had asked the question. I tossed the packets down & told him how I got high. After numerous questions about how numerous I had taken & when, he studied the packages & asked which I had used first. I had used full strength THC gummies that time, which I had bought numerous weeks earlier from a strange dispensary.
