I just need to be careful about what I order. I have switched to delivery for most things, including my birth control, paper products & pet food. I rarely need to get in the car and run errands. I can even handle my banking online. The local cannabis dispensary was the final hold-out. They were resisting the need to hire licensed delivery drivers. It took them a while to set up their website to accept orders for delivery. I went through the process of visiting the dispensary a few times. Because of Covid, I had to wait outside. Only a few customers were allowed in at a time. It took forever to receive my order. I got rained on one time and decided I was done with it. Now, the dispensary includes cannabis delivery in my area. I just place an order through my computer & wait for the cannabis to arrive at my front door. I am spending more because of the delivery fee, but I am happy with the convenience. I don’t need to waste time driving to the dispensary and waiting in line.

I might enjoy a sativa edible before I head out on a hike. The cannabis dispensaries usually offer a wide variety, so it’s easy to find what I want. I just need to be sure it is legal for me to make a purchase. Once I get settled into my new accommodations, I find the closest dispensary and usually browse their selection of cannabis products online. I don’t always visit the actual dispensary. Most of the time, the dispensaries include either curbside pickup or delivery. I love it when they will bring my order right to my apartment. I like to cook with cannabis-infused cooking oil. I can place an order a few hours before I start the meal and the driver will ring the doorbell with my order. It is so convenient, simple and rewarding.

Vape carts are portable, easy and avoid the tell-tale odor of cannabis. I’ve found my favorite strains of cannabis pre rolls and vapes at the dispensary. I usually put in a once or twice a once a month order. I try to be frugal about spending on other things. If I have enough extra in my budget, I can pay the fees for cannabis delivery. If I am short on funds, I am stuck riding my bike & picking up my order at the dispensary. I am willing to brave weather, cars & whatever I face on the bike ride in order to get my cannabis products.
