One of my main problems is not being able to sleep well at night.

When I can’t sleep, I stay up to think about all of the dumb and crazy things in my life. I told my therapist that I was having trouble with insomnia. She gave me some simple meditations to try. I tried as difficultly as possible to meditate, however I could never seem to turn off my brain. The therapist advised trying medicinal marijuana products to help with the insomnia. It was still pretty current at the time, however I was lucky to live in a state that had already legalized the cannabis plant for medicinal purposes. A couple mornings ago I had a Phone call from one of the staff members at the community center.

I have never been a morning lady.

I have tried to adjust to a morning schedule lots of times, but it is simply not the life for me.
