I’m moving on with life and I have MS.
This is just a statement that I repeat to myself several times a day.
I’ve been living with MS for just over two years now. And I’m finding that I have a very worthy tool in the fight to lead my life and that tool is medical cannabis. Medical marijuana is legal in this state and my doctor even mentioned cannabis products as part of treatment options. At the time, I was not really hearing anyone because I was just trying come to terms with the fact that I had MS. So, I didn’t pursue how to get a medical marijuana card at that time. It was later that I was reintroduced to the idea of treating with cannabis flower products. And it came from the MS support group I joined. One of the few men in the support group invited me to the first in a series of cannabis dispensary events. Fortunately, I was in a space that I was ready to get a cannabis education because that’s exactly what I received. It was such an eye opening experience to learn of all the medical marijuana benefits when it came to MS. I got myself through the cannabis rules and started using the cannabis flower products. From the very first, I felt a big difference in my balance and my range of motion. Both of those were troublesome symptoms for me. And they got so much better like almost immediately with the cannabis flower products. I’m moving on with my life and I have MS.
