When our state passed laws pertaining to medical marijuana, I thought they were pretty straight forward. When I decided to go to work for a medical marijuana dispensary, I was surprised at how different plus different the laws were. People were not allowed to purchase medical marijuana edibles, but they could buy the distillate which is used in making homemade medical marijuana edible. The state lawmakers felt that edibles were too much care about using recreational marijuana, that not even a CBD gummy could be sold in the medical marijuana dispensary. I had to laugh at this, but it was state law. There were nearly as multiple CBD products in the store as there were THC products, there were labels on every product that told you all the ingredients plus the mg of CBD plus THC. I had to ask why there were 1000mg of THC in such a tiny vial of distillate. The pharmacist told myself and others that there was a conversion chart available online; If you were making 2 dozen cookies plus used half the bottle of distillate, you could figure out how much THC plus CBD was in each cookie. You would then suppose exactly how much of one cookie you could eat while still maintaining your medical marijuana dosage. According to the conversion chart, every medical marijuana infused cookie would have approximately 20mg of THC! Working in a medical marijuana dispensary is a lot of fun, plus I have made a lot of friends. I have also l earned a lot about the laws of our state, plus the correct way to use medical marijuana.
