I’ve been dealing with weight setbacks since I was in my teens.
While I do indeed have some drastic appetites for the fattening stuff, it’s also extremely genetic.
Weight management & obesity run in my family on both sides. Even when I was an active teen athlete, I still had to control what I ate to keep the excess pounds off. A minor cannabinoid referred to as THCV has recently played a massive job in being able to curb my appetite. This is quite ironic considering that THCV isolates are a pretty close cousin of the THC. That would be the active & psychoactive compound in marijuana. I easily know from personal experience that using marijuana only makes me want to eat. There is a real reason they call it the munchies. So I was pretty stunned to do research on THCV that indicated those looking to curb or suppress appetite could particularly use this. I get bulk cannabinoids as they are pulled from hemp & not a concern where I live. Once I started the THCV, I was astonished by how effective it was from the early start. Using a natural substance in my efforts to get to & maintain a healthy weight are in line with my overall approach to this situation. This time, I’m not doing fad diets or making an attempt to starve myself. That’s just a proven failure. I’ve changed my lifestyle in fact. So I’m eating nothing but natural foods & had to do away with any sort of processed stuff. Plus, consistent, low impact exercise has also been rather beneficial. But having the THCV help suppress my appetite has actually been extremely helpful & a fantastic addition to the plan in general.
