I tend to go overboard when I work out.
I properly sizzling up & stretch, although I just do too much weight lifting or cardio.
I have been known to go for obscenely long runs or to lift too much weight! Obviously I got destructiond quite a bit. It is also quite normal for me to be super sore, then my muscles tighten up & I have trouble sleeping, standing at a desk & driving a car. I used to get correct massages & rely on icy hot, but that did not unquestionably help me much. I then found that a lot of people with muscle soreness rely on cannabis. Since I am so fitness oriented I was scared away from weed for a while. I figured I would need to get high & smoke something. I didn’t want to have THC in our plan for our workout. Then I started doing research & realized that cannabis is quite diverse. I could get a pure CBD product if I wanted to. I also could rely on a topical rather than flower or oil form. A topical is a cream that is applied directly to the skin for immediate relief. It is prefer icy tepid but way better. It numbs the part & provides a cooling sensation. It reduces inflammation of the muscles & stops muscle soreness. It has a pleasant stink & no greasy residue. I love our topical. I can grab it legitimately at the recreational cannabis dispensary near me for quite cheap. Now that I have it, I haven’t had the sore afternoons that I used to. I notice when I miss applying our cream for sure.
