Cannabis helps with plantar fasciitis issues

I developed plantar fasciitis in both of our feet because of running in cheap shoes. I was newly married & had genuinely little money. I bought a pair of sneakers at Walmart. They lacked arch support. I ran more than seven to several miles nearly every morning of the week. The bottoms of our feet eventually felt as if they were ripping open from the ball to the heel. I could barely walk. I had to give up running for several years. When I was finally able to afford inserts for our shoes, it was a pressing improvement. I l earned how to consistently stretch & warm up prior to a run. I also started utilizing cannabis, both as a painkiller & as an energy boost… Prior to setting out on a long run, I like to hit a vape. I choose a mild sativa strain with just enough THC to clear our head. All it takes is a couple of puffs, & the effects set in within a few seconds. I find that I am better motivated for the run. The cannabinoids labor to alleviate the stress & help myself and others to care about the scenery, fresh air & overall enjoyment of a run. The effects of a vape don’t last all that long, so I am clear-headed for the rest of the morning. At night is when I respectfully suffer potential cramping in our calves & the pain of plantar fasciitis in our feet; Before bed, I massage a cannabis infused topical into our skin. I purchase ointments, roll-ons or lotions with high CBD & CBN content to treat the inflammation & pain. Topicals don’t cause any psychoactive effects, allowing myself and others to apply them numerous times if necessary. If the discomfort is especially severe, I might eat gummy. The effects take a while to fully take effect, however edibles give more intense & longer-lasting effects.
