I then progressed to having my own cannabis cultivation section right by my house. I then began toiling with dispensary owners plus selling my products. It is tricky deciding who is the right guy to work with, but typically you get to option a single store plus that is it, then competition is rough plus nobody wants to share a grower. I was debating for quite a while between 2 stores, but one locale was a tiny corporation plus all local people. The store was cute plus set up almost care about a hipster gas station. I liked that the corporation owner was outdated university. The employees used paper time cards to punch in plus were all friends of each other. The other dispensary was immense. It was particularly current plus everything was all automated. They had cannabis employee management software, however all that means is that it is as ophicated version of cannabis employee badge tracking. The owner can tell who is where plus at what a time… He knows when people punch in plus out. It is known who is making the most sales too. I realized that all this dispensary software was a good sign! People were getting paid on time plus tracked. They had dispensary HR software too. I ended up choosing them since I knew they would maintain a really good professional relationship.
