My friend Tom decided to go fishing on Sunday day. I unquestionably wanted to join Tom, although I had to labor at the marijuana delivery service. I knew that there were numerous other delivery drivers working at the marijuana delivery service. I thought maybe the people I was with and I might have a slow day and I could skate out of there early. I knew that Tom would not be leaving the marina until after 10:00 a.m. my shift started at 8:00 a.m. and I was supposed to labor until 3:00. The marijuana delivery service was super stressed that day. I had numerous orders waiting when I arrived. After I made the first round of deliveries, I came back to the store and there were 4 more deliveries waiting for me. I knew that there was no way that I could get out of labor early to join Tom. I was pretty bummed out that I had to spend the day laboring at the marijuana delivery service instead of hanging out with my friend Tom. They spent all day on the lake and caught a couple of pretty huge fish. Tom promised to make plans ahead of time when they go fishing again, so I can take the time off from my labor and go with them. If I had a day or 2 of notice and someone to option up my shift, it’s usually simple to switch my schedule and get the day off at the marijuana delivery service. This time I did not have enough time to get everything in order before the boat shipped out the next day.
