Using a topical for my muscle soreness

I tend to go overboard when I work out.

I properly warm up and stretch, but I just do too much weight lifting or cardio.

It is like icy hot but way better. It numbs the area and provides a cooling sensation. It reduces inflammation of the muscles and stops muscle soreness. It has a pleasant smell and no greasy residue. I love my topical. I can grab it easily at the recreational cannabis dispensary near me for quite cheap. Now that I have it, I haven’t had the sore days that I used to. I notice when I miss applying my cream for sure.
