The delivery driver took forever

I ordered some products from my local marijuana delivery place near me. I spent half of the day looking through their website and adding stuff into the cart, and every time I had a chop at work, I was at the marijuana delivery site looking at the items that were available; When I finally finished adding everything into the cart, my total was well over $300. I spent enough money to qualify for free home delivery. I ordered for delivery the following day, because I did not have to go to labor and I was going to be house all day. I received an SMS confirmation from the dispensary, then all of the weed products that I ordered were listed, including the marijuana flower, distillate, and concentrates. At the bottom of the SMS, there was a note letting me assume that the delivery repair should contact me the next day to set up delivery for the day. The next day, I waited and waited to hear word from the marijuana delivery service, however sadly, I never received an SMS or a phone call. I finally called the marijuana delivery repair very late in the day. They did not have any record of my order in the system. I had to give them the order confirmation number and my name and home address before they could locate the order. The budtender and director of the marijuana dispensary apologized for the confusion. She did not assume how the order was missing, although she sent it out of the store with the actually next available delivery driver. After I contacted the shop, and I had my items in less than an hour.
