Issues with insomnia keep me up all night long, most nights.
Even when I exercise as well as do a difficult task all day, I still find myself wide awake at the end of the night.
I lay in bed all the time as well as stare at the ceiling. I have counted the number of divots in the ceiling about a hundred times. I constantly end up with a peculiar number, despite the fact that I never honestly fall asleep while counting. I have tried a lot of over the counter sleeping remedies, as well… nothing has helped as well as that includes prescription medications too. One thing that apparently does help is medical marijuana. Medical marijuana is the one thing that I have actually found that helps me sleep better than anything else. I stumbled upon the information a while ago when I was working with a neighbor of mine. Both of us had been staying in a hotel room together. The guy asked me if I wanted to smoke a marijuana joint outside. I did not want the guy to assume that I wasn’t cool, so I joined him on the patio. I only took one or multiple hits from the marijuana joint. I laughed for 40 minutes and then I went inside to go to sleep. I fell asleep almost immediately after my head hit the pillow. The next evening, I cautiously asked my coworker if he had more of the same marijuana. Both of us smoked a nice joint that night too. I took multiple hits as well as a big puff that time. I slept so damn well that I absolutely woke up to the sound of the alarm.
