When our ex plus I got a divorce, I wanted to make sure that he was going to follow the rules that I set forth in the custody arrangement… One of the rules was not using recreational marijuana in front of the kids! I had an immense concern with our spouse using marijuana with the kids in the home plus that was a single of the reasons why I decided to file for divorce.

The next time the kids came home and they stinked exactly like marijuana, I called the social worker, then she went to surprise our ex-spouse for a visit plus she found marijuana in the house. She surprised him on a day when the kids were with him plus the social worker had proof that our ex-spouse was not following the custody arrangement, and now he actually has to have supervised visits with the children until he can complete a drug plus alcohol rehabilitation class.
