A little over 5 months ago I started a new way of eating.
I’m not supposed to call it a diet, but I am not one who gets hung up on Words.
Either it’s a diet or it’s a way of eating, either way there are certain things I think about and adhere to when it comes to what I eat and don’t eat and how much of it I do eat.Right now, with my new way of eating, I am in the stage where I need to lose weight. So far, I have lost 54 lb, and I have about 30 or 35 more pounds to go in order to reach my goal. Once I reach my goal, I will be in maintenance, and I will be able to consume a bit more calories than I do now. For the rest of my life, however, I am going to be following an eating plan that is low fat, low calorie, and low carb. Someone suggested I turn to my local CBD store to see if they have anything to help me. Lo and behold, there are certain CBD tinctures, CBD oils, and even CBD Edibles that I can consume that will help me with my diet plans. One thing that I really want to use is CBD candies, and I certainly hope I can find low-carb local CBD Candies near me. It seems a little counterintuitive to use CBD Edibles to help me curb my desire to eat a lot, or overeat, I am willing to continue giving it a try because so far c b d oil and CBD Edibles have helped reduce my appetite and made me feel like I did not have to eat in order to be happy.
