There are problems with the website online from time to time.
There have been days when it has been shut down and it causes quite an inconvenience for the cannabis shop.
About 30% of our cannabis orders are made online through the website. Another 10% of customers contact the cannabis dispensary directly. When there are problems with the website, we try to contact all of the customers that have placed an order so we can be certain that things are correct. A couple of days ago, the website was down in the morning. I found out about the problem when one of our customers called to place an order because she was unable to online. I immediately told the cannabis shop manager about the problem and she promised to get to the bottom of things. A short while later, a customer came to the store to pick up an order. Unfortunately, I did not have a pickup order for the customer. The guy claimed to have placed the order online around the time that the site was shut off. I didn’t know if the guy was telling the truth or not, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let the guys skip the line and I filled the order with the items that he tried to order earlier that morning. Everything was in stock. The guy seemed happy that he did not have to wait in line and I think he was probably being honest about the order he placed online earlier that day.
