I do not guess what happened to the order

There are problems with the website online from time to time.

There have been afternoons when it has been shut down and it causes quite an inconvenience for the cannabis shop, but about 30% of our cannabis orders are made online through the website.

Another 10% of shoppers contact the cannabis dispensary directly; When there are problems with the website, every one of us try to contact all of the shoppers that have placed an order so every one of us can be certain that things are correct, and not many of afternoons ago, the website was down in the morning. I found out about the problem when 1 of our shoppers called to place an order because she was unable to online. I immediately told the cannabis shop manager about the problem and she promised to get to the bottom of things. A short while later, a buyer came to the store to option up an order! Unluckyly, I did not have a pickup order for the customer. The guy claimed to have placed the order online around the time that the arena was shut off. I didn’t guess if the guy was telling the truth or not, however I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I let the men skip the line and I filled the order with the items that he tried to order earlier that morning. Everything was in stock. The guy seemed thrilled that he did not have to wait in line and I suppose he was honestly being legitimate about the order he placed online earlier that morning.
