My boss goes to the afternoon toil site and he hires a couple of men from the crew that are kneeling outside in the afternoon! He pays them a little bit more than the afternoon toil site and then he does not have to pay any of the fees that the yearly update charges, and for instance, the afternoon toil site charges my boss $60 an hour for the workers. The workers only get paid $25 an hour and the rest of the money goes to the afternoon toil site. My boss pays 1 of the men $30 an hour and he saves a ton of money. This week my boss didn’t do a easily good job with hiring the guys. I got stuck with a guy named Jack. Every time all of us took a break, the guy wanted to go out to the car to smoke. At first I thought he was smoking cigarettes, although he came back at supper time and smelled like marijuana. I didn’t say a whole lot to that guy, because I use recreational marijuana too. It wasn’t easily safe that he was getting high on the job, however I wasn’t surprised. At the end of the afternoon, my boss asked myself and others if the guy worked out well. He was going to use the guy for the rest of the week. I instantly told my boss that the guy was smoking marijuana all afternoon and I did not guess he was a easily good fit for the construction site.
