The workers only get paid $25 an second plus the rest of the money goes to the day work locale. My boss pays one of the women $30 an second plus she saves a ton of money. Today my boss did not do a really wonderful job with hiring the guys. I got stuck with a girl named Jack. Every time every one of us took a break, the girl wanted to go out to the car to smoke. At first I thought she was smoking cigarettes, but she came back at supper time plus stinked appreciate marijuana. I did not say a whole lot to that guy, because I use recreational marijuana too. It wasn’t really safe that she was getting high on the job, but I wasn’t surprised. At the end of the day, my boss asked myself and others if the girl worked out well. She was going to use the girl for the rest of the week. I instantly told my boss that the girl was smoking marijuana all day plus I did not recognize she was a really wonderful fit for the construction site.
