I started making Edibles at home in 2015.
I was going through a divorce and I was feeling very sad and depressed all the time.
I started smoking pot to feel better. I was buying Edibles from the dispensary and it was getting expensive. The pot brownies were $16 each. Since I am a culinary genius, I knew I could come up with a way to make the Edibles cheaper and more flavorful. I spent three years working in a test kitchen trying lots of different recipes. When I finally came up with an edible that I knew would sell well, I contacted a consulting firm to help me market the product. I really didn’t know how to market the product to cannabis dispensaries, so it was helpful to have a consultant. The woman had 20 years of experience in marketing and another 10 years of experience in the medical and recreational marijuana industry. The woman was absolutely the number one reason why I became successful. She didn’t let me stop when things were getting difficult. The consultant helped me fill out all of the paperwork and she helped me in every step of the process. I think I would have given up if it wasn’t for the help that I received. Having someone there during every step of the way made the process much easier and quicker. Now my products can be found in a variety of dispensaries across the state of California. One day I hope to have a national brand that can be recognized all over the country.
