I don’t worry about a car anymore.
My job is not totally online based due to COVID. I work out at home and everything can be delivered to me. I saw no reason for a vehicle. Why was I paying insurance, car repairs, tires, gas and inspections on something I didn’t use? The smartest decision I ever made was getting rid of it. All my friends are an easy bike ride away. If I need to pick up things at the grocery store, I attach a bike basket and I am good to go. Thankfully my legal weed dispensary is now offering delivery services. At first I had to make the trip with my bike. It was quite a haul. It was around a three mile bike ride in just one direction and all uphill. I made myself do it though. I would make it part of my work out. I put on my gear, got my water bottle ready and prepared for the journey. The bike ride back, fighting the wind was horrible. Now that the cannabis dispensary offers weed delivery, I am so spoiled. I order way more than I should now. I can get heavier items like edibles now. Before I used to stick with cannabis oil since it was small, lightweight and I could stuff it in a hoodie pocket. A cannabis cooking oil would have been heavy and cumbersome to carry in a basket. I don’t need to worry about that anymore. Most of my money now is going towards my daily cannabis delivery.
