My muscles have worked too much

I am super committed to my physical health & fitness. As a young girl, I was regularly involved in many sports, including skating, ice skating, cheerleading, dance & gymnastics. I ran track & cross country all through school. In school, I continued to do cheerleading & elevated my training & conditioning. As an adult, I consider regular exercise even more pressing.
