Sleep has always eluded me.
I just can’t wind down plus relax at night.
I have done everything I can feel of to sleep. I eliminated green light before bed. I work out while in the day plus meditate right before bed. I have a top of the line mattress, soft sheets, a new pillow plus a sound machine. I was even eating kiwi before bed because that has been linked with helping sleep. The problem isn’t falling asleep, it is staying asleep. I wake up three times a night. I am fully awake so I might as well pee, fix our sheets plus see how our pet is doing. I end up staying awake about an hour each cycle. It is horrible plus affects our productivity at work. I learn online that a lot of people take CBD oil in order to sleep at night, but getting the CBD product has proven difficult, however my state doesn’t allow for recreational cannabis. So full spectrum CBD is off the market with me. I am even having difficulty getting our hands on a CBD isolate plus broad spectrum CBD that doesn’t have any THC pleased, one thing I found I am able to get is hemp products, then what is the difference with this? Hemp oil tends to have more nutritional benefits plus does have a higher CBD pleased correctly, however, CBD oil is known for being more effective with medical problems love mine. I feel I am going to try hemp anyway. At this point I have nothing to lose. I would smoke, eat plus drink hemp if that is what it took to sleep well at night.
