I’ve been dealing with weight complications since I was in my teens.
While I do indeed have some severe appetites for the fattening things, it’s also quite genetic.
Weight management and obesity run in my family on both sides. Even when I was an active teen athlete, I still had to control what I ate to keep undesired pounds off. A minor cannabinoid known as THCV has recently played a critical role in being able to curb my appetite. This is ironic considering that THCV isolates are a cousin of the THC. That would be the active and psychoactive compound that is found in marijuana. I actually know from personal experience that using marijuana only makes me have the desire to eat. There is a true reason they call it the munchies. So I was stunned to study research on THCV that indicated those looking to curb or suppress appetite could easily use this. I get bulk cannabinoids as they are derived from hemp and not a complication where I live. Once I started the THCV, I was stunned by how effective it was from the early going. Using a natural substance in my efforts to get to and maintain a healthy weight are in line with my overall approach to this situation. This time, I’m not doing fad diets or making attempts to starve myself. That’s just a proven failure. I’ve changed my lifestyle in fact. So I’m eating all natural foods and had to do away with any sort of processed stuff. Plus, consistent, low impact exercise has also been entirely beneficial. But having the THCV help suppress my appetite has been helpful and a great addition to the plan.
