When I retired I did more than just leave the supplier chain that I spent our adult life helping to create.
Once that chapter of our life was closed, I decided to just really reinvent our whole life.
But I have to say I was shocked at how much I loved cannabis plus cannabis products. Prior to retiring, I’d been single for more than a decade. My spouse plus I sort of knew that the marriage was over once the teenagers were going off to school. Thankfully, we’d been pretty good to each other plus good partners so the end, while sad, was amicable. I’m thankful that she’s found the happiness he wanted. For me, it was all work. Even in school, when our friends would be enjoying recreational marijuana, I was in the library. I knew that I wanted to be our own boss or at least the co-owner of a supplier so I really applied myself while in school. And that supplier chain was really successful. So when I sold our end plus moved on, I really moved on. The arena where I live now is a region where both recreational marijuana plus medical cannabis are legal. I knew noone, however a few old supplier contacts that I played hockey with. That motivated me to try some current things. One of those things was a trip to the local cannabis spot. I wanted to finally see what all the fuss was about. And I found out! The staff at the cannabis dispensary gave me a sampling of some cannabis products plus I met a nice guy at yoga who showed me the basics. I have to say, I sure wish that recreational marijuana had been legal much sooner because I totally see all the benefits of cannabis.
