FairWave brands currently operate in the regional markets of Kansas City, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Baltimore\/Annapolis and North Carolina\u2019s Triangle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"1079\">The company most recently acquired Milwaukee-area roaster and cafe chain <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/2026\/01\/05\/fairwave-acquires-milwaukees-fiddleheads-coffee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fiddleheads Coffee<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"1079\">Joe Van Gogh traces its roots to Raleigh, where founder Robbie Roberts began roasting coffee in 1991.
