All images courtesy of Elemental Coffee.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async=\"\" defer=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/proxy.beyondwords.io\/npm\/@beyondwords\/player@latest\/dist\/umd.js\" onload=\"new BeyondWords.Player({ target: this, projectId: 50015, contentId: 'c51d72d3-e260-4de2-8ce5-76a95573e90e' })\">\n<\/script>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rising like helium in Oklahoma City, <a href=\"https:\/\/elementalcoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elemental Coffee<\/a> celebrated the grand opening of its second company-owned location this month inside <a href=\"https:\/\/www.okcinnovation.com\/innovation-hall-rentals\">Innovation Hall<\/a> in the city\u2019s Innovation District.<\/p>\n<p>Operating within a roughly 600-square-foot footprint inside the Hall&#8217;s community center, the new cafe offers energizing beverages crafted through a La Marzocco Linea PB espresso machine alongside food made with fresh, locally grown ingredients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Large shared seating areas indoors and out support quick visits or longer stays. The morning menu centers on grab-and-go items such as breakfast sandwiches, overnight oats and yogurt parfaits, while lunchtime service shifts to bowls, melts and other fast, filling options.<\/p>\n<p>Coffees for the year-round drink menu all come from Elemental\u2019s 1,500-square-foot Midtown flagship roastery cafe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/2026\/01\/22\/quality-is-at-the-core-of-elemental-coffees-latest-okc-cafe\/elemental-coffee-raostery\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-193953\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-193953\" src=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery.jpg\" alt=\"Elemental Coffee raostery\" width=\"1240\" height=\"1860\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery.jpg 1240w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery-413x620.jpg 413w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery-100x150.jpg 100w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Elemental-Coffee-raostery-1024x1536.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1240px) 100vw, 1240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Intentionally sourced, expertly roasted beans are at the center of everything we do,&#8221; Elemental Coffee Co-Owner Al Shinn told Daily Coffee News. &#8220;We believe that everyone deserves a quality cup of coffee and that&#8217;s what we work to guarantee at all of our locations across the board.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Green coffees for Elemental are purchased from suppliers such as <a href=\"https:\/\/keffacoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keffa Coffee<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/onyxcoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Onyx Coffee Importers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cerezacoffee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cereza Coffee<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofinet.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cofinet<\/a>, among other importers with relationships with Elemental over the past 18 years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We value these importers because of their strong partnerships with farmers and their commitments to quality and equity in their practices, which are co-equally important to Elemental Coffee Roasters,&#8221; said Shinn.<\/p>\n<p>Elemental Coffee Co-Owner Laura Phillips and her original partners launched Elemental in 2008 as one of the city&#8217;s first high-end roasters, growing it into a fundamental force in Oklahoma City&#8217;s emerging coffee scene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We believed that Oklahoma City deserved exceptional coffee, and we understood our role as educators first in a market that was wide open,&#8221; Shinn said. &#8220;Today, there are as many specialty shops as there are churches, which is saying a lot in this part of the country, and there are many local roasters as well.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Operations eventually moved into Elemental&#8217;s Midtown flagship at Hudson and 8th Street.
