All images courtesy of Mariam Erin.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async=\"\" defer=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/proxy.beyondwords.io\/npm\/@beyondwords\/player@latest\/dist\/umd.js\" onload=\"new BeyondWords.Player({ target: this, projectId: 50015, contentId: 'c5dd00e6-9396-487a-93c7-261eed7cb442' })\">\n<\/script>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A new dual-cone manual pourover brewer called the Binocular Dripper is launching for sale this week through Dubai-based retailer <a href=\"https:\/\/brewinggadgets.com\/\">Brewing Gadgets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The dripper, which officially launched at last weekend&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/dubai.worldofcoffee.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World of Coffee Dubai<\/a> trade show, is sold under the Precise brand and was developed by UAE champion barista Mariam Erin.<\/p>\n<p>Designed around what Brewing Gadgets calls \u201cwet blending,\u201d the Binocular Dripper uses two tall, narrow brew cones, each at a 30-degree angle. Erin told DCN she began experimenting with the Binocular brewer concept in 2022, including a 3D-printed prototype used in competition, with the production version finalized in early 2025.<\/p>\n<p>As the exclusive retailer of Precise brand equipment, Brewing Gadgets is selling a set that includes the dripper, a server and filter paper for 195 UAE dirhams (about $53). Deliveries are listed as beginning Jan. 18.
