Coffees work their way through a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/2018\/08\/22\/sovda-launches-the-pearl-mini-sorter-for-green-and-roasted-coffee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sovda Pearl Mini Sorter<\/a> and into a <a href=\"https:\/\/loring.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Loring<\/a> S35 Kestrel machine through a Sovda Lift. Audio engineers Chris Latina and Jonathan Carr designed the acoustics and sound system, with guest DJs spinning vinyl throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>Married business partners Olga and Alex Sobal founded Hedge Coffee in 2015 as a mobile operation, serving coffees roasted by San Francisco\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/lineacaffe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linea Caffe<\/a>.
