Commercial coffee grinder makers this year sure gave them something to talk about, and by “them,” we mean the grinders.
Brand after brand rolled out new wired and wireless platforms linking espresso machines to grinders, using sensor-tracked extraction data to make algorithm-driven and automatic grind adjustments.
Even grinders left out of the connectivity conversation were asked to pull more weight, with more models arriving equipped with built-in grind-by-weight technology.
Here we take a glance back at a wide range of new commercial grinding equipment in 2025.
