The two-day networking and educational event for coffee roasters will be held in Melbourne, Australia, March 24-25, 2026

Portland, Oregon (January 8, 2026) Roast magazine, a leading source of technical education and insight for coffee roasters worldwide, returns to Australia with the 2026 Roast Summit Melbourne — sponsored by Loring.  The premier in-person networking and educational event for coffee roasting professionals, this two-day summit will take place March 24–25, 2026, at Aunty Pegs (Proud Mary Coffee Roasters).

Now in its second year in Australia, Roast Summit Melbourne 2026 brings together coffee roasting professionals from across the region and around the world for an immersive experience in the art, science, and business of coffee roasting. Attendees will enjoy two days of high-impact sessions, hands-on workshops, and invaluable networking with industry leaders — plus curated social events and lunches included with registration.

All registrants will receive a complimentary 3-Day Access All Areas Pass to the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE), enabling participants to deepen connections, explore new products, and expand learning opportunities outside the summit.

“Roast Summit has grown into a must-attend event for roasters seeking real-world techniques and community,” said Connie Blumhardt, founder and publisher of Roast. “Every Roast Summit sells out quickly, and we’re thrilled to continue building the global roasting community in collaboration with Anne Cooper and our incredible partners in Melbourne.”

Anne Cooper, founder of Equilibrium Master Roasters and host for this year’s Melbourne summit, will lead key sessions and bring her decades of roasting expertise to the stage. “Having presented at and attended Roast Summit in the U.S. for years, I wanted to deliver that same collaborative spirit to our coffee community here in Australia,” Cooper said. “This is a fantastic opportunity to share knowledge, build connections, and support each other in a rapidly evolving industry.”
