This was a big year for water in coffee — which makes sense considering the stuff accounts for some 98% of brews while threatening the longevity of equipment.
2024 saw several new mineralization and filtration systems for both the home and commercial markets. Meanwhile, the ongoing quest for consistency and ease in espresso preparation saw several new tools and accessories, with more than one focusing on the concept of vibration.
