Two of the world’s biggest foodservice equipment trade shows — HostMilano in Italy and The NAFEM Show in the United States — are joining forces with plans targeting 2027.
Announced by HostMilano organizer Fiera Milano at last month’s show in Milan, Italy, the collaboration is expected to bring new show experiences and opportunities beginning with The NAFEM Show in Orlando, Florida, in February 2027, and extend to HostMilano in October 2027.
“Together, Fiera Milano and NAFEM engage the most important buyers in Europe and the U.S.,” Francesco Conci, CEO of Fiera Milano, said in the joint announcement.
NAFEM President and Middleby Corporation Chief Commercial Officer Steve Spittle said the two shows have long helped shape industry trends on both sides of the Atlantic, and that “working together, the value equation for our exhibitors will be unbeatable.”
Held every two years at the Fiera Milano exhibition center on Milan’s western outskirts, HostMilano concluded last month with more than 2,000 exhibitors from 52 countries representing sectors such as bakery, gelato, pastry, vending and foodservice.
The show is also among the largest regularly occurring coffee trade events, with strong representation from Italian and other European manufacturers of roasting, brewing, grinding and service equipment. (Read all of DCN’s HostMilano 2025 coverage).
The NAFEM Show remains a leading North American exhibition for commercial foodservice equipment and supplies.
Further details about the cooperative programming between the two organizers have yet to be announced.
